Im new on Websphere and Im trying to make a deploy on it. Im using WAS 5.0 and I could make the deploy. But, Im having a trouble.
One of my cmp fields is not a java primitive type, its type is a class of mine. And want to map this type to a Integer to use the database. Im using Oracle and when WAS mapped for itself, it considered that this type would be a RAW type in the bank. But, I dont want this and when I try to make an insertion by my application, it says that there is a type incompatibility.

How can I make this mapping??? I was looking the file JavatoORACLE_V8TypeMaps.xmi , but its a bit confusing to me.

Thanks a lot,
