- I don't understand what do you mean by "WP plugins work on the server-side" could you explain more.
- I asked the support team on WordPress and they said that I can't use WordPress plugins unless I am developing a website hosted by WordPress.
- I mean by "messenger logistics app", an app that works on monitoring and managing delivering something from an address to another.
Wordpress is written in PHP and Wordpress plugins have to be designed to work in that environment. As far as I know, the closest thing to mobile support Wordpress has is that you can visit Wordpress websites using a mobile device browser. I'd forget about Wordpress.
There are, however, lots of ways of getting "something" from one "address" to another. Those terms are way too broad to mean anything. They could mean email, web service requests, Message Queue requests, general network packets and more. Without something specific, there's nothing we can offer.

I mean by "getting something from one address to another" is that for example I am a company that has four delivery employees. I want to deliver certain packages to some addresses. So, I am looking for a plugin or already made code instead of starting from scratch that would help me automatically assign the delivery tasks to my employees, track it and so on.
I know that I need back-end and front-end for a mobile application like that. However, I was asking if their is already a ready made code that do some of these functionalities that I can use? This is what I referred to as a plugin.
