Why bumper sticker option doesn't work properly?

It seems to be complicate to change this menu. Usually it doesnt actualize my stickers. But after 5-10 tryings with deleting all stickers and adding new it finally appear how I would like to have.
Btw. I think this stickers are not updated for many years, or am I wrong? And why there is Android but no iOS?
