Of course it will help you, math is very important for both physics and graphics of games.
I guess it will help game programmers much more than programmers for business applications.

I think you are right, MS. Some business applications use very little mathematics.

Yep!  This book should help you build simple physics-based games.  It won't make you an expert game developer, but it will teach a lot of the math ideas you need to understand a 2D or 3D game engine.
