Issue with identity field value insertion for DB2 Table and using spring JPA

Hi,

DB2 table has a fields like:

ABC ( X BIGINT GENERATED BY DEFAULT AS IDENTITY ( ... ), Y Z

)

When i am trying to insert a record insertion is not happening.

Model class:

class C{ @Id @GeneratedValue( strategy=GenerationType.IDENTITY) @Column(name="col name") private x; } query passed in log: insert into T(x,y,z) values (default,?,?) Can someone please help on this
