In jquery datedicker when I set a min or max date the calendar picker changes the date format from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy.

I create my html:

I then catch the change of date:

All works until I select a new date in which ever (min or max) was set; it is then displayed in mm/dd/yyyy.
