Am new to java please bear with me.

I have to develop a soap ws in spring and I have been provided with the below implementation which is using web methods. Can someone help me with how to convert this service implementation?

I'm not well-practiced in this area and SOAP is generally in disfavor these days, when things like JSON and YAML are more popular.

But one thing I did notice. Your WSDL resource path is given as WEB-INF/wsdl/custom-logic-service.wsdl.

I believe that should be /WEB-INF/wsdl/custom-logic-service.wsdl.

Your path is a relative path and it might not work in all cases, whereas by preceeding it with a slash, the path becomes an absolute path and thus there is never any doubt.
