Scala generics

Are there any plans for improving readability of Scala generics? Many a times, it is a little difficult for me to understand method signatures in a standard library because of them.

The collections API signatures were especially difficult to grok until the rewrite of the library in Scala 2.13 (which is used unmodified in Scala 3). It's now easier to read them, but still requires some practice, I'm afraid.
