Error resolving version for plugin 'org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin' from the repositories [local (C:\Users\nkumari\.m2\repository), maven-default-http-blocker (http://0.0.0.0/)]: Plugin not found in any plugin repository -> [Help 1]

How resolve such errors?

Sounds like you have some weird repository setup. Can you show us your POM and the settings.xml file in the .m2 folder of your user folder? Make sure to scrub out any usernames and passwords before you show it to us.
