Where to configure the Resource bundles/properties files

Hi
I tried to give path of my properties file in the Environment > Shared Libraries but my application cannot get it. Can someone plz tell me where to include my properties files so its accessible to all my java classes and EJBs.

Is putting them in the JNDI server acceptable to you?

Thanks for replying so fast.
My first priority is that it should be available to my java classes (jar files) included in the Environment > Shared Libraries. Just want to easiest way to do that.
