Hello authors, I was browsing through the table of contents of the book and saw that there's a section on Taylorism. I had a recent conversation about Taylor and his Scientific Management approach but wanted to see what your take was on him and his work first. How does Taylorism contribute to Scrum going bad?
Thanks for the bump. We do talk about how Taylorism differs from Scrum. The work that was done on Taylorism at the time worked for that time so we don't want to discredit it.
