I rather doubt that. The keystore is defined as part of the
Java spec and therefore should be interchangeable from vendor to vendor. In fact, I prefer to edit keystores with a tool called "portecle" and it certainly doesn't care whose JDK creates/uses the keystore.
On the other hand, if your JDK release numbers are not compatible, you might see some issues.
The secret of how to be miserable is to constantly expect things are going to happen the way that they are "supposed" to happen.
You can have faith, which carries the understanding that you may be disappointed. Then there's being a willfully-blind idiot, which virtually guarantees it.
