failed the exam with 55%.

my last 7 enthuware mock exam results was above 70%. The real exam was this time much more difficult and many questions were really vague.
maybe next time. Just hurts to waste 245€.

Greetings

Hi Alexander,

Sorry to hear that.

I wondering if you used a study guide? Have you read it completely?

It looks very unusual high score on the mock test, and a low score on the exam.

Best regards,
MZ

i did the praxis exams over and over again (2-3 per day). I end up memorizing a lot of questions. I think this had negativ impact on the real exam.
Im working currently with "OCP Complete Study Guide". I read every chapter and wrote flashcards but didn't write any code for it.
I ordered today another book "OCP 1Z0-819 Practice Exams". I hope that new exam questions help me to improve.

I will read every chapter again and write code for it. I've only had real work experience for half a year, but i hope i can rule the exam in one more month. it is currently my dream to become OCPJP. As a kick starter for my junior career.

I have another Question:
in the exam i could not strikethrough answers by right clicking. Is this a bug?

That is something that used to be a feature in the exam software but it isn't anymore. Now you have to use your writing materials (or memory) to keep track of cross outs.

Your order should be:
1) Fully complete theory (read the study guide)
2) Practice (mock tests)

Before you complete p.1, there is no sense to do p.2, you will be memorizing options, making guesses, etc...

Are there any prerequiistes for this exam now (like Oracle Certified Associate certificate)? Is it possible to upgrate from OCJP6? It seems that both answers are "no" (https://education.oracle.com/products/trackp_OCPJAV11), but some time ago I remember it was "yes", so I'm not sure.

No prerequisite.
No upgrade from OCP6.

P.S. please start a new thread if you post a separate question, do not reuse other thread which discusses the different topics.

THanks,
MZ
