Not able to Create Home Object when looking up EJB locally

Hi ..
i am trying to access the entity bean through a session facade.. using EB local interfaces.. The look up is done perfectly ..but it is not able to create the home object..
What could be the possible reason behind this ..

If you don't get back the home, then the lookup didn't "run perfectly". Can you post both your code AND the exception you receive here?
