I am using Websphere Studio Application Developer 5.1.1
I have a web application project called Foo
The Foo project has a .project file.
The .project file contains this build command:
<buildCommand>
<name>com.ibm.etools.ctc.serviceprojectbuilder</name>
<arguments>
</arguments>
</buildCommand>
What is the purpose of this command?
