This time, try to calculate the GMT time yourself for all three times to confirm that we really do move "back" only one hour at a time.

It should be move "forward" instead of "back" because we add 1 hour every time.
dateTime = dateTime.plusHours(1);
dateTime = dateTime.plusHours(1);

Confirmed and added to the errata list. This topic wasn't in the Java 11 book. Oracle brought it back in Java 17. We tried to reintroduce the errata . However, this time our copyeditor caught it so the Java 17 book correctly says "forward"
