But I am not getting much response to my queries on websphere here. There should be an IBM sponsored forum dedicated to WS issues where I hope I can get answers relatively quickly. I have recently started working on websphere and expect to have a lot of questions...

Vasu -- IBM doesn't sponsor anything for free. The people who answer questions on the newsgroup and those of us who answer questions here are volunteers. If you want support from IBM, you can pay for it. And as for your questions -- I just looked; you have only posted 4, 2 of which had been answered very quickly. I just answered another one today.
