Making JAR Libraries in WSAD 5.1

Could someone please tell me how to make my own library that contains multiple JAR files that can then be added to projects. When I go to the build path there is the tantalizing option to add a library, but I can only select the JRE System library.

I have looked and looked and cannot find how to make my own, I am probably just looking over something really simple???
