Hello Jeanne Boyarsky , Unfortunately i dont know exactly on what version, i'll be working on. Only information i am having is that soon i have to work on Websphere Project (version 4 or above), and so i should start studying Websphere.

You really need to discover that information. Versions 4 and 5 are pretty widely different. Studying one will not help a great deal with the other. For instance, Version 4.0 supported only J2EE 1.2 while version 5.0 supports J2EE 1.3. The administration models are totally different as well.
If you have any say in the matter, try to go with 5.
If you don't know the version of websphere you are using, I would try to read up on WSAD first. While the J2EE model is different, the way to do things in WSAD is the same. (like how to create an EJB, ...) So the time wouldn't be wasted.
