Hi All:
I am using wsadmin for installing a .ear to WAS5.1. If I run $AdminApp install c:\my.ear, it throws up the following exception:

I am quite sure how do I mention the VH name in web.xml.
Can someone help please?

You don't. Try using installInteractive instead and see what happens.

installInteractive works fine. But when shipping my code to the client, I want to go with just install (which will be configured in build.xml), so that the client can just run the appropriate build target to get the application deployed.
How shd I pass the parameters to install command ?

install will not work after the project is deployed. You have to use the -update option as well. Doing this, you can specify things like virtual host, etc. (this works on initial install also, I think). What are you trying to do, automate deployments?
