Hi guys,

What kind of algorithm is used in IBM WebSphere for Load BaLancing (like FIFO, LIFO, Round Robin and so on).

This is all covered in the WAS infocenter. Start looking there. WAS can use any of a number of algorithms for load balancing HTTP and IIOP including round robin, random, and a number of variations on those that prefer local server calls.
