Oracle changed how to pay for English exams. I wrote up how to buy a voucher since it wasn't immediately obvious.  However, I don't know what happens after you pay since I've already taken the exam.

The first person who signs up using the new process and writes up what happens after you pay (ex: how to sign up for day/time/location), will get a bunch of pie from me as a thank you and be credited in the blog. (In exchange I'll add your information to that post)

You mean like the one seen in the attached image?
The reference number space is for your own reference. You may put any number there. This will be listed on the invoice and is used to track how that invoice originated in your system. It is useful for companies but not so much for individual buyers.

Hi,
This is the reference number of your transaction which you have to do with electronic transfer like IMPS or NEFT. Then send a mail with screenshot to oracle then they will proceed.

The English version of 1Z0-808 is not available on PearsonVUE. I can only register through Oracle. After I paid for the exam, I received an email. I activated my account using the license number provided in the email, searched for the exam, and tried to register for it but the only way this exam is provided is through an online proctor (I did not schedule mine yet). You choose the day and time from the available appointments (they have weird time slots like 6 AM, 11 PM, etc.), agree to the terms and conditions, and register for the exam. They have provided different helpful videos to setup your computer, what to expect on the day of the exam, etc. on the FAQ page.

Hi, I filled a random number in the 'Transaction Reference number' and submitted the order. I received a mail saying the order is being processed. However, I don't know where I am supposed to transfer the amount. Could someone please help me find the bank details?

You will receive an email with an invoice. It will have the invoice number, amount, and bank account details. You have to pay as per the instructions in that email. See this for details: https://enthuware.com/resources/certification-faq/253-purchasing-java-certification-exam-voucher-from-oracle-india

I paid by debit card last month - I didn't have to do an electronic funds transfer and I also don't recall having to enter a reference number.
