Hi,

I downloaded the evaluation version of Websphere Application Server and installed it. I figured out how to run servlets and JSP on it.

Now I want to deploy some ejbs on it and see how it works. I have a helloworld bean compiled and ready. When I was using the sun one application server the deploy tool used to generate the client jar I needed to access the bean. But now on websphere I dont know how to do that. The only thing I have is the web based admin tool for websphere. Do I need something else or can I just use that??

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Try using WSAD. You can generate your ear file using it if you dont want to make your own. Once you generate an ear file you can deploy it on WAS.
