Hi,
I have developed a java client to MQ Series. The client will be installed at a remote location listening and posting to Queues on my server. Both the client machine and MQ Server are behind different firewalls and using proxy to connect.

Can anyone tell me If there will be any issues connecting to MQ like that? I tried to go through MQ documentation and IBM site but couldnt find anything.

Thanks

GUL

Some administrators may not want to open the port numbers through the firewall because it is a security risk.
