I am on samples provided by IBM for Websphere 6 . I have question -Why does Java2WSDL required implemnation class to be provided as input via the -implClass argument, wont just the SEI do ?

Help for implClass argument option shows

....
-implClass <class-name>
class that contains implementation of methods in
class-of-portType. The debug information in the class is used
to obtain the method parameter names, which are used to set
the WSDL part names.
