IWAS0126E Problems encountered while trying to establish connection "connection". Reason: 'com.ibm.etools.rdblib.dcm.DriverConnectionManager'

I've had this problem before and could not find any solution other than to re-install WSAD. This is a very poor solution. Does anyone recognise the symptom? I use a locally installed Oracle10g database, connection is tried using oracle jdbc version 9.2.0.5 classes12.zip. I have used the exact same configuration before in WSAD with success, but now I get the error above. Every time!!!
