was 4.0.7 error

Hi,
I am getting Service Specific Error 10 when I try to start WSAdmin Server from my services.
I basically had installed WS 4.0.7 and DB2 7.2
Then for some reason DB2 was unistalled so I had to reinstall it and now I am getting this error.
I tried
CREATE Database Was40 in the DB2 command prompt
Here I am getting WAS40 alias exists in system or local set up. (But there is no database by that name)
So I tried the UPDATE HEAP SIZE command and it says WAS40 alias NOT FOUND.
I am ata a complete loss and I need to get this working by tomorrow.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Sounds like the Was40 database needs to be uncataloged before you can create the DB again (db2 uncatalog database Was40).
