I'm running on WAS for z/OS V6.0.1 with security enabled. I can login to the admin console with no problems. I think I have a connected port:
BBOO0222I: ADMC0013I: The SOAP connector is available at port 32100

When I issued the following command under OMVS shell:
./ -conntype SOAP -host localhost -port 32100 -user xxxusr -password xxxusr

I received these messages:
WASX7023E: Error creating "SOAP" connection to host "localhost"; exception information:
SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=Error opening socket:
ketException; targetException=java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error opening socket:

WASX7213I: This scripting client is not connected to a server process; please refer to the log file /_WAS_VE_CONFIG_DIRECTORY_/AppServer/profiles/default/logs/w
sadmin.traceout for additional information.
WASX8011W: AdminTask object is not available.
WASX7411W: Ignoring the following provided option: xxxusr
WASX7029I: For help, enter: "$Help help"
wsadmin>$Help help

Any help would be appreciated..
