I am really confused and have literally spent about 5 hours trying to register and can't figure this out. They make this way harder than it should be.
1. It seems that the exam isn't offered on Pearson Vue anymore (which is contradictory to what the study book says).
2. Instead, you get an email from Oracle and you have to click on a link (is this true?)
3. The email I received contains a link to "Exam Attempts Administration Tool"; however, it takes me to a page that says "To access your orders and assign exam attempts, your Oracle SSO login must match the email ID that you used to purchase the exam attempts. Note: Exam attempt order details will take 24 to 48 hours to reflect in the tool. Access denied by Application security check".
I wonder if this is due to the fact that I paid for the exam voucher using my personal email address, but they also offer a field on the form to say if your work is paying for it. I said yes and they then asked for my work email. So are my emails somehow mixed up? How can I solve this?
No, I haven't seen anyone respond with a potential solution. Oracle responded to my ticket by just sending me the same link that directs me to the error page. It's been about five days.

Just tried it now and it worked! Scheduled for tomorrow night! Let's go!
I have the same problem.
96 hours have passed since that email and the same error is when I access the email
"To access your orders and assign exam attempts, your Oracle SSO login must match the email ID that you used to purchase the exam attempts. Note: Exam attempt order details will take 24 to 48 hours to reflect in the tool. Access denied by Application security check".
And then the entire population worshiped me like unto a god. Well, me and this tiny ad:
