Now i want to configure "web sphere application server v 6" to
"WSAD(STUDIO) V 5.1.2"

how can i do this ?

I have done according to you, but in server configuration wizard ,
There is no option for v6.

so what should i do?

Upgrade to RAD (WSAD 6) or downgrade to WAS 5.
Or just to try to connect to WAS 6 as it is WAS 5.

but they give "agent controller" error like this

Agent controller is not available on localhost..

what should i do ?

You should install agent controller.
It's like remote client for debugging. I'm really not sure if its bundled with trial version.
