Can any help??? i am facing the below error while deploying the application using jacl script

WASX7017E: Exception received while running file "c:/syadav/install.jacl"; exception information: com.ibm.bsf.BSFException: error while eval'ing Jacl expression: com.ibm.ws.scripting.ScriptingException: AppDeploymentException: [ADMA0092E: Unexpected exception occurred while preparing task MapRunAsRolesToUsers. Please check server machines FFDC for more information.]

com.ibm.etools.archive.exception.DeploymentDescriptorLoadException: WEB-INF/web.xml
WASX7309W: No "save" was performed before the script "c:/syadav/install.jacl" exited; configuration changes will not be saved.
