hi
when deploying the ear file in the websphere admin console i am getting the following error? Please help me asap?

AppDeploymentException: [] com.ibm.etools.archive.exception.DeploymentDescriptorLoadException: WEB-INF/web.xml

Aren't you missing web.xml?

i am not missing the web.xml. if i run the same ear file in jboss it works fine
