How to create LDAP entry in Tivoli 5.1

We have migrated from the db2 7.1 to db2 8.1.10. Previously we were using IBM Secure Way Directory as LDAP Server, in which we created a LDAP entry for first time user and get login into the site.

But when we migrate to the new version of LDAP (i.e. IBM Tivoli Directory Server), their is no option of creating a LDAP Entry and I am unable to login into the site.

I want to create an user entry with password in the IBM Tivoli Directory Server so that when I connect with database and login into the site, it will clear the login.

Any help will be appreciable.
