Hello, everyone!
Today, during the Java SE 11 exam, I had a negative experience. After several questions, the "Next" button didn't take me to the next question. I tried to click on "Summary" but it didn't work either. The timer worked, but not the navigation buttons between questions (No error was displayed). Basically, I was stuck on the same question. The proctor advised me to wait a bit for it to load, but after almost 5 minutes I had the same question on my desktop (and time continued to pass!!!). As the proctor advised me, I opened a ticket. I hope to be able to schedule another exam as soon as possible (without paying again) ... In the meantime, I received an email that I failed... A disaster

What a thing to happen! Were those buttons on the exam website? What score did you get?
I would have thought you could request the result be invalidated and the exam be voided.

Thank you for your replay! I used Chrome. So, under each question you find "Previous" "Next" "Summary" and "Finish Test". I could not choose any option, as if the page had blocked. I was able to communicate with the proctor, but the exam page seemed frozen. What stress! I am waiting to receive an answer from Oracle Support and to see how this problem is solved. I will keep you updated!

Hello everyone!
Oracle gave me the opportunity to have a new voucher for the exam, without having to pay it again and I requested the cancellation of the exam grade (my score was 16% for the 10 questions that I had managed to see) (thank you very much for the advice, Marshal!). I rescheduled for last Friday, and I got 80%!!! Yes, I passed it!! On this occasion, I want to thank the authors Scott Selikoff and Jeanne Boyarsky for the books they wrote, the authors of Enthuware Java Practice Tests, as well as this site where I found answers to the questions I had during the study! Thank you all because without you I could not have achieved this goal!

Congratulations; please post more details here. And well done, Oracle, allowing RP to resit with no penalty.

Sorry for off-topic, but I see on that page that people post Java 17 exam experience in the table for Java 11.
Perhaps some new table should be started for Java 17 ?

Sounds like a good idea to start a new table, Mikalai.
