The short answer is yes. I don't remember the location off the top of my head though. If you search the .metadata folder (in your workspace) for the name of your JSP, you will find it though.

I'm going to move this to our IBM/WebSphere forum. While it is appropriate for either IDEs or IBM, I think you may get more responses in IBM. And it is more about the server embedded in the IDE than the Eclipse part.
