WSAD 5.1.0 - Compilation Unit error

I have installed WSAD 5.1 and imported a J2EE 1.3 project to WSAD 5.1.0. A server instance has also been created as Websphere Application Test Environment 5.0. All the required shared libraries too have been included. But on Compilation the system returns some lost link errors along with these errors:

1) The project was not built since its classpath is incomplete. Cannot find the class file for Fix the classpath and then try rebuilding the project again.

2)The compilation unit indirectly references the missing type (Typically some required class file is referencing a file outside the classpath

Kindly suggest a solution..
