Eclipse is an IDE and WebSphere is an application server. What are you looking for? A way of deploying from within the IDE?

Yes, a way of deploying from within the IDE, (like an embedded Tomcat)

Manoj,
It wouldn't be embedded as WebSphere is not a free product. (For paid customers, WSAD includes WebSphere.)

WebSphere Community Edition does offer a free plugin for Eclipse. This is a scaled down version of the server. Alternatively, you could write an Ant script to deploy to your existing server.
