I have a struts tag like this:

<logic:notEmpty name="errorMsg">
	<div class="errorblock">${errorMsg}</div>
</<logic:notEmpty>

Is it a correct conversion to JSTL?

<c:if test="${not empty errorMsg}">
<div class="errorblock">${errorMsg}</div>
</c:if>

I was looking into this thread (https://coderanch.com/t/286395/java/JSTL-equivalent-Struts-tag) bit that one has property as well which I don't have above.

Similarly, for the following:

Following looks correct?

<c:if test = "${empty textWrappers}">
		<tr>
			<td CLASS="label" COLSPAN="3">
No Update Found</td>
		</tr>
</c:if>

this time it's just empty instead of not empty.
