Hi

After installing oracle9i i cant able to run my Tomcat. It says port already bind exception.
then i am stopped all my oracle services then i am started tomcat. Now it works fine. but i cant able to use oracle db.

Which service in oracle use the 8080 and 8005 port. How can i change it.

As far my knowledge goes Oracle 9i could have come with some sort of web application server with it becoz later oracle released Oracle 9i App Server

could u clarify the doubt that ur using Oracle 9i database or some enterprise edition...

surly i am using oracle9i. plz throw some light on how to change the port of oracle http server.
