Apache 2.0.44/Tomcat 4.1.18

Hello all,
I am trying to get these two to work together and having more issues. I am using the mod_jk2-2.0.43.so connector from jakarta. I used the binary for Tomcat and compiled the Apache from source. I am trying to get them to run on a Mandrake 8.2 machine.
Here is what I appended tom my httpd.conf file

LoadModule jk_module modules/mod_jk2-2.0.43.so
JkWorkersFile /usr/local/tomcat4/conf/jk/workers.properties
JkLogFile /usr/local/apache/logs/mod_jk.log
JkLogLevel info
JkMount /MyApp ajp13
JkMount /MyApp/* ajp13

Here is what I added to my server.xml(and did nothing else to it).

<Context path="/OLS" docBase="OLS" debug="0" reloadable="true" crossContext="true"></Context>

Here is my worker.properties file

workers.tomcat_home="/usr/local/tomcat4"
workers.java_home="/usr/java/j2sdk1.4.1"
ps=/
worker.list=ajp13
worker.ajp13.port=8009
worker.ajp13.host=localhost
worker.ajp13.type=ajp13

Here is the error I am getting.

Syntax error on line 1067 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Can't locate API module structure `jk_module' in file /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_jk2-2.0.43.so: /usr/local/apache/lib/libapr-0.so.0: undefined symbol: jk_module

Anyone have any ideas? I have also tried this with Apache 2.0.43 with the same result.
