Hi There
You guest it !! I need help.
I have installet a packet from Jboss.com containing Tomcat and Jboss. And now I would like to get in contact whit my new JSP-server. But this is not working right.
All the excampels following the Tomcat instalations is working, so my initialation of JAVA_HOME must be correct - i believe
I have my JDK instalation laying in C:\j2sdk1.4.1_02 - som no problems here as fare as I know.
Then I have createt a directory under the webapps - called MyFribonden - under which I have places a small jsp-page just to test the servers funktionality. Here is the complete jsp-file in code:
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>My Test </TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<%@ page language="java" import="cal.*" %>
<%@ page language="java" import="io.*" %>
<h3>This page will telle the server time
<%
java.util.Calendar cal = new java.util.GregorianCalendar();
int timer = cal.get(java.util.Calendar.HOUR_OF_DAY);
sint minutter = cal.get(java.util.Calendar.MINUTE);
%>
<font color="blue"><%= timer %></font> . <font color="red"><%= minutter %></font>.</h3>
<br> <br>
<%
String test = "Hello world";
%>
This is a simpel test: <%= test %>
<br> <br>
</BODY>
</HTML>
This file will not generate the expeted result. All I get is the HTML-code being shown, but not java part.
Can someone help me???
