Is it possible to run JSP/Servlets on Apache 1.3 if YEe then how . where should i save jsp pages and class files on Apache directory structure. and changes need to httpd file.

No, you need a servlet engine such as Tomcat or Resin (which can work in conjunction with Apache, if you so desire).
