unable to start tomcat 4.130

hai ,

I am unable to start the tomcat server. I just deployed an application which uses a datasource name to get the database connection.

I am getting the following exception.

can some one help me to solve this.

That looks pretty specific to me. Somewhere there is a web.xml that uses the servlet name "Survey" before the definition of that servlet.
