Although, Tomcat is configured to reload the app automatically when changes reflect in any of the class file. And it is working like charm. But I need to reload the app automatically when some new class files found.

Is there any class which we can use to reload the app from the same running app?

Thanks.

One very simple way would be to call the Tomcat Manager's reload command using HttpUrlConnection..
