I'm having occasional problems where one or all of my JSP pages shows up as a simple white (blank) page -- usually (sigh) after one of my users calls me to report it.

After checking the Tomcat 5.0.27 log (catalina.out) on my Linux server, I see an error message like the one below.

The errors don't seem to point to any of my code so I'm not sure what's causing them. About all I can think to do at this point is to install a newer version of Tomcat (pain).

Has anyone seen an error like the one below? Is the server running out of threads? Perhaps this is a "known bug"?

I would really appreciate any help or insights as to what I might try.

Thanks very much.

Mike

1. never seen that before
2. I think you would get a different error, but to check you could use the Manager app to watch the Thread usage. Pay particular attention to amount of time a Thread has been working on a request.

Thanks Bill for your reply.

I am going to try to upgrade Tomcat to 5.5.20.

I appreciate your reply.
