please help me how to create virtual host

i created one website and given to ISP.However they given domain name and Hosted my site,but i need to enter the port number follewed by domain name then only my application running,they told do something to run application without hitting port number,they told it can be done by java script,but i aware about virtual hosting but i dont know complete configuration.could i do it in tomcat or it need apache tomcat?

please help me as soon as possible or suggest any tutrial Url.

If you don't control the server, you aren't going to be able to set up a virtual host. You'll have to ask them to do it.

I think you will need to have control on the hosting server.
Or where are you planning to install the Tomcat?
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
