Hi
Can any body give the good differece between "loadtesting and stresstesting".
Is it same meaning or something different meaning ?

Hi,
Load Testing: Increase load on the target environment until requirements are exceeded or saturation of a resource. This is usually combined with other test types to optimise performance.There are three types of Load, High, Average and Low. Analysing the performance of the application in all these three loads.
Stress Testing: Exercising the target system or environment at the point of saturation (depletion of a resource: CPU, memory, etc.) to determine if the behaviour changes and possibly becomes detrimental to the system, application or data.

Here is my take:
performance testing - answers the question "is the system fast enough?"
load testing - answers the question "how does the system behave under different loads (number of users using the system concurently)?"
stress testing - answers the question "how does the system behave under hostile conditions?"
There certainly is some overlap, but I wouldn't say that they are the same.

Can any body give good concept about UnitTesting..
What is the need of Unittesting ?
and when it will applicaple this UnitTesting?
Is it same as Untitesting and CompileTesting i mean javac filename.java?
