Sr. Software Prog./Implementer
1+ years of application development in Java using an object paradigm
(The more experience the better; additional experience may include some other OO language like C++.)
 1+ years experience with one of the following:
database management (preferrably Oracle or JDBC, but maybe Sybase, Sequent, SQL Server),
user interfaces (JFC/Swing),
distributed systems (preferrably EJB, but maybe TCP, Sockets, RMI, or CORBA).
 Some experience in one or more of these areas:
Object Oriented Architecture and Design using UML, Booch, or OMT;
Rational Rose CASE development;
designing from a Use Case;
using the Rational Unified Process;
Design Patterns.
 A definite plus would be some specialized domain knowledge in one of these areas:
control systems;
robotics;
imaging systems;
biotechnology (biochemistry, genotyping, gene expression);
