Systems Software Developer
As a Software Engineer in our Information Technologies Group, you will participate in the analysis, design, development and implementation of network infrastructure and administration software products. You will help define company-wide strategies for the use and integration of new technologies, and you will participate in the planning, coordination and implementation of operating systems, infrastructure software and upgrade releases. You will also provide technical support to software developers, project management, operation and the network administration staff for both system and technology integration. You will help ensure that application-related documentation is updated throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will be required to have a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 2 years experience.
You should have the ability to develop in Visual C/C++ and RDMS. Knowledge of Visual Basic and NT systems programming and administration experience are pluses. Technical understanding of internetworking architectures and new computing architectures (Intranet, Web) is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
