Can someone explain to me what are the difference between the strategy and the bridge pattern.
In fact, I have got the feeling that the strategy is a "reduced" bridge pattern whose abstraction side is not developped (collapsed).
Does it make sense?

There recently was a thread at news:comp.object regarding this subject.

Thanks. I also found some elements of answers in the on-line chapter of Alan Shalloway's book.
